WHO CAN USE THE PROVEGO QUOTE AND BUY PORTAL?
The quote and buy system is only available to brokers. If you are a customer, by all means call us and we’ll recommend a broker to you.
WE ARE A BROKER. HOW DO WE ACCESS THE PORTAL?
To access the Provego online system you must have applied for, and been issued with, an agency agreement by Provego Limited. Provego Limited will issue a username and password for each member of staff that you advise needs access to the system.
HOW DO I FIND MORE DETAILS ON YOUR PRODUCT RANGE, INCLUDING RISK APPETITE?
I CAN’T GET BEYOND THE LOG-IN SCREEN.

MY QUOTE HAS BEEN REFERRED TO AN UNDERWRITER, WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT?
The underwriter will call or email to discuss the referral, generally within one working day.

See the claims page on our website. Claims contact details depend upon the insurer and the type of cover selected but details for all insurers are provided. Please note, most of our insurers’ claims functions operate during normal office hours.
WHO IS THE INSURER?
It depends upon the product. This will be shown on the confirmed quotation and the policy schedule. However, generally our capacity comes from XLCatlin, RSA or China Re Syndicate 2088 at Lloyd’s.
HOW DO I AMEND A POLICY?
By emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or, if it is a courier or remover’s case you can email: email@example.com. Please note that we do not treat policy amendments that are emailed through the mailbox as urgent so, if the amendment requires immediate attention, we suggest you call 01746 250026.
HOW DO I RENEW A POLICY?
We generally issue a request for updated information by email at least 21 days in advance of renewal. If you do not receive a request for updated information then email firstname.lastname@example.org.
